*Date and Printer: Although Fiene did not date the only observed impression, it is styilistically related to other nudes and figure studies of 1928-1929 (see Thumbnails Chronological.) associated with his trip to Paris and the influence of Matisse. (See Nude with beads, seated as an example, as well as the images below.) If indeed he made this lithograph in Paris, it would have been printed by Edmond Desjobert. If it were printed in New York, George C. Miller would have been the printer.
